We offer several cleaning packages to meet the unique needs of our residential and commercial customers. You can choose from our Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, or Move-In/Move-Out packages. We also offer add-on services and take individual requests based on the specific cleaning requirements of our customers. 4. How often can you clean my home or office?
At CleaningWiz, we offer the following cleaning frequency options:
House Cleaning: Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly
Office Cleaning: Twice a Week or Weekly
5. Do you offer any add-on services?
We do! In order to meet the diverse needs of our customers, we offer a variety of services that can be added on to your chosen cleaning package for an additional charge. These add-ons include but are not limited to:
Inside microwave
Inside refrigerator
Windows (inside)

Finished basement

6. Are there any restrictions on the types of surfaces of materials you will clean?
For the safety and protection of our cleaners, our service exclusions include the following:

7. How do you determine the pricing of each service?
CleaningWiz offers every customer a competitive, transparent instant quote online or through a phone call. During this conversation, we will gather information about your home or office, including square footage and number of rooms, as well as your specific preferences and cleaning requirements. You can also enter all these details and get your personalized quote online within a minute. 8. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies with you?
Good question!
For home cleanings, due to cross contamination, we prefer to use your vacuum, mop, and broom. If you would prefer us to bring our own, we can do that as well. We supply all of our other cleaning equipment and supplies.
For office cleanings, we bring all of our own cleaning equipment and supplies.
9. How long does a typical cleaning session take?
Our cleaning services are both efficient and effective, but the time it takes to clean a home or office really depends on various factors. These factors include: the square footage, number of rooms/bathrooms, how recently it was cleaned, the state of the home, etc.
10. Do you have any specific requirements or recommendations for preparing my home or office space for my cleaning appointment?
In order to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our cleaning services, we kindly ask that customers tidy up any clutter on the ground and on counter tops. Additionally, we ask that you put away any items that you do not want cleaned. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!
11. Does someone need to be home while you clean?
While it’s not required for customers to be home during our cleaning services, we leave the choice entirely up to you based on your schedule. If we will be cleaning your home while you are away, we will make arrangements with you to gain access to your home, whether that be through a keypad, a spare key, etc.
12. What happens if I need to cancel a cleaning appointment?
At CleaningWiz, we strive to accommodate your needs and work closely with customers to schedule cleaning appointments during a timeframe that is most convenient for you. However, in the event that you have to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there will be a $78 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter!
