We do! We offer a variety of add-on services including inside microwave, inside refrigerator, windows (inside), ceiling fan, finished basement, additional floors, and more upon request.

Our service exclusions include the following: Animal/Pet Droppings, Biohazards (Bodily Fluids, Sewage Backup, Mold, etc.), Delicate/Fragile Belongings, Outside Areas, Insect & Pest Removal, Chandeliers, Laundry, Beneath Large/Heavy Furniture, Difficult to Reach Areas, Complete Wash of Walls, Organizing Closets.

During this conversation, we will gather information about your home or office, including square footage, number of rooms, and your specific preferences. We ensure that every quote is personalized.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies with you?

Accepted Answer

For home cleanings, we prefer to use your vacuum, mop, and broom. If you prefer us to bring our own, we can do that as well. We supply all our other cleaning equipment and supplies. For office cleanings, we bring all our own cleaning equipment and supplies.

The time it takes to clean a home or office depends on factors such as square footage, number of rooms, recent cleanliness, and the state of the home.

Do you have any specific requirements or recommendations for preparing my home or office space for my cleaning appointment?

We kindly ask customers to tidy up any clutter on the ground and counter tops and to put away items they do not want cleaned. This helps optimize the efficiency of our services.

Does someone need to be home while you clean?

Accepted Answer

It’s not required for customers to be home. We can make arrangements to gain access to your home if needed, whether through a keypad, spare key, etc.

What happens if I need to cancel a cleaning appointment?

Accepted Answer

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, there will be a $78 cancellation fee.
